What areas do you service?
We actually service all of North DFW; even offer Destination packages for Family Events/Weddings.
Is there a fee to book a date?
We do charge a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking, however, that retainer amount is taken off your final payment. No date is ever secure without the retainer.
What happens if we have to cancel our event/session?
If there is an emergency to where either party has to cancel, then we reschedule for the next available date. If it is weather permitted cancel, then it is done so at the discretion of LR Photography. If a large event such as a Wedding is being cancelled, then we discuss with the Bride/Groom on a case by case basis.
What do you feel you specialize in?
Lisa Renee' Photography specializes in Lifestyle Connection Family/Children Sessions, as well as Belly to baby packages. If you want to truly “Feel emotion” when looking back at your images, then we are for you.
Do you offer on-location or studio only?
We actually do the majority of our sessions outdoors, on location at an agreed upon spot. We use various different places throughout DFW depending on the look you want. Our ultimate goal is for our Clients to love their images. We do have a Natural Light Studio on the Square in Mckinney, Tx, which is used for Cake Smash, Holiday Minis, Head Shots etc.
Do you do event/special occasion photography?
Yes, we love to take part in all events/special occasions. We have done everything from Birth, to birthday parties, to award ceremonies & even family reunions. Contact us directly for more info/rates.
Do you do Weddings?
Yes, we love to capture wedding memories, we also offer Bridals, Engagements & even Anniversary sessions. Our Wedding Packages are completely customizable as well. We do offer destination weddings too.
Do you travel? If so is there a fee?
Yes, we do travel. Anything more than 20 miles outside of Frisco, Tx is subject to a mileage charge at the current mileage rate. Anything that involves airfare/hotel/rental car will be worked into the package price.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes, we do accept payment plans on any of our session packages & weddings if booked more than 60 days out.
Do you provide wardrobe help?
Yes, we do create a specialized inspiration board that we send out to our clients based off the look they are aiming for. We even offer complete Session Planning/Wardrobe shopping packages that you can add to any package we offer.
Do we get a USB or a Disk of images?
We actually offer a safer/quicker alternative to this. If you decide to purchase digital images from your session, they are downloadable through our online gallery option. This prevents the hassle of usb/disk malfunctions/loss/damage.
Do you have more than one photographer?
Yes, we do have associate photographers who will sometimes attend or take over a session as a back up if needed. We also have 2 nd shooters for Weddings.
